Premier Dermatology is a skin care center located just outside the Boston area.
Challenge
The medical space, primarily the dermatologist niche, is very competitive especially in tier 1 cities like Boston where this client is located.
Initial challenges:
- No onsite SEO
- A one page website
- A one page website
- SEO nuts & bolts of the site needed tweaking
- No visible keywords on the site
- Very light on content

Web Design & Onsite SEO Strategy
Our primary goal was to increase the foot print of the website. This client had a lot of services and to really create a large digital foot print good for SEO we built out each service on its own page.
We first crafted a sitemap for every service they offer then wrote SEO optimized copy for each service which really resonated well with Google.
